New Chef , New Menu

With a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen installed, we weren’t going to let any Tom, Dick or Harry take charge. But after many months scouring the country to find the finest culinary talent, there was one Tom we couldn’t turn down.

Tom is a Michelin trained chef with over 16 years’ experience. He’s dished up delights to Arabian royalty and cooked up a storm in award-winning gastropubs. Now, he’s created a mouth-watering winter menu for his new baby – The Fox. You’ll be tucking into all sorts of seasonal treats, including crispy lamb shoulder and twice-baked cheese soufflé. And that’s literally just for starters. Braised beef blade, creamed polenta and a roast cod risotto are among the main attractions, along with pub classics like burgers that are worth every calorie, 8oz rib-eye steaks and fish and chips. Last but definitely not least, there’s a selection of to-die-for desserts. Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten the little ones either! Plenty of favourites feature on our all-new Fox Cubs menu.

Bar, Dining Room & Private Dining

The Bar

Open for coffee and pastry mornings, lunch, and dinner, table service is available throughout the bar. We recommend booking in advance for meetings, coffee mornings and group drinks to reserve an area.

Dining Room

Upstairs the Dining Room caters for lunch and dinner, and can be booked for private events for up to 50 people (seated). It also hosts a variety of Fox events.

“The Den”

Tucked away upstairs ‘The Den’ provides a private, cosy seating area and private dining for up to 10 people (seated). It is used throughout the day as a quiet area and can be booked in advance.
