New Chef , New Menu
With a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen installed, we weren’t going to let any Tom, Dick or Harry take charge. But after many months scouring the country to find the finest culinary talent, there was one Tom we couldn’t turn down.
Tom is a Michelin trained chef with over 16 years’ experience. He’s dished up delights to Arabian royalty and cooked up a storm in award-winning gastropubs. Now, he’s created a mouth-watering winter menu for his new baby – The Fox. You’ll be tucking into all sorts of seasonal treats, including crispy lamb shoulder and twice-baked cheese soufﬂé. And that’s literally just for starters. Braised beef blade, creamed polenta and a roast cod risotto are among the main attractions, along with pub classics like burgers that are worth every calorie, 8oz rib-eye steaks and ﬁsh and chips. Last but deﬁnitely not least, there’s a selection of to-die-for desserts. Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten the little ones either! Plenty of favourites feature on our all-new Fox Cubs menu.
